The parade went ok... it didnt rain/snow/sleet or precipitate in any way, so that was good. It was just really, really cold and windy! ohwell.. the bad part (for me) was that only 3 other GUSPAS people showed up to carry the banner.... wtf grrrrr. The president was too hungover to come too... not happy about that. I doubt we placed this year, there were some really good ideas this time... We couldnt think of anything too cool for Smurfs, so oh well... Flintstones made theres in the shape of Fred's car.... World of Disney used a hinge and opened it really cool (hard to describe lol) Aladdin was a lamp and they pulled a sheet out with the logo -that was a really cool idea... The Floats were good too...(well some were bad, usually they are all better than that, but whatever).
Anyway, I'm warmed up now, and getting ready to go over to Cory's and do hair with her and people. Should be interesting... hehe

yeah... I've given up the idea of blogging last weekend... you were all there! haha
So this week I was sick :O( Just a cold really, but sooo annoying! Even my prof (who are all PA's and see sick ppl all the time) felt bad for me... LOL
Lets see... Wednesday we had a little PA get together at the Plymouth (a bar). *wed. is 1/2 off night hehe* It was too much fun! haha We spend all day, everyday with the same people, but you go out and have a few drinks - you really get to know them a lot better haha.
Thursday I went over to Kristin's apt. I havent seen this girl in so long! It was pretty crazy, so we talked and got caught up... until like 2 AM haha Oh well... obviously I sleep too much, since I'm fine and its 12:30 hehe (well, i am beat, but you know... plus I loooove to sleep way too much... haha)
Today (Fri) I only had 1 class, then I went shopping for something to wear to homecoming tomorrow... I just got a black lacey tank thinger... haha you'll just have to see the pics later... I also worked on our GUSPAS parade banner... our theme is Smurfs :O) Anyway, somehow this project got handed to me, so I ended up making the whole thing LOL (I still have to finish some stuff on it too... hehe parade is at 10). I was helping with the dance decorations all evening tho, so thats my excuse.
So thats all, we are at the present... haha Tomorrow is the parade, football game and dance... should be interesting.. some thing to do anyway... cuz I'm obviously not studying LOL I'm helping with peoples hair tomorrow too... too much excitement for me... 2 weekends in a row with stuff to do! haha
current mood: getting tired... (whats new lol) gotta finish the smurf banner haha

wow... I havent had time to blog in a while... anyway - my break was good. I painted my Mom's kitchen on Wednesday and Thursday, grey and white over that hideous job they did before... we took down some of the wallpaper too and stenciled some flowers and ivy... anyway, its better than it was. Its kinda dumb to put all that work into a place that we're not going to stay, but it was just so bad before haha. Thursday I had a Dr. appt. and that was oh so fun... :OP So then on Fri I visited my grandparents for a while and then Nathan and I went to the Sabres game. Well, we had to wait for Mom to get out of the driveway before we could go, so we didnt have time to get dinner before, but we made it anyway... well, as you all know, I was sooo excited to go, and then they played really crappy :OP I was pretty *mad* (insert any other appropriate word here... haha) They ended up losing 3-1 to Columbus. Max did make a pretty nice play to score that one though.... Oh well....
more later... gotta go meet some ppl at the bar :O) hehe

hello - I dont really have time to post all of my weekend right now, but I just wanted to post something (since sara is waiting for something to read! hehe) Lets just say break was good... :O) It was good to see my family & friends again. anyway - i'll blog more later....
