Well... Amy is here. She forgot to call before she left, so I was worried, but she made it :O) lol We went to the mall, had dinner, went to target hehe then came back for the movie... Monsters Inc. omg sooooo cute!! haha it's really a great movie.
anyway, trying to find something to do now... haha

1. What was the first thing you ever cooked? french toast :O)
2. What's your signature dish? umm... I used to make chicken caccitore, but I dont bother anymore LOL last year I made a lot of pies...
3. Ever had a cooking disaster? (tasted like crap, didn't work, etc.) Describe. ooo, lots of stuff hasnt turned out, no fires (set off the alarm, but no actual fires haha)
4. If skill and money were no object, what would make for your dream meal? I have no idea
5. What are you doing this weekend? Amy is supposed to be coming down for "Little Siblings Weekend" but I dunno when she is going to get here... I havent heard from her yet (she was supposed to call before she left!)

ok... new layout for the site! It's blue this time!!
But I cant change the blog (cuz I'll just mess it up LOL) so it will have to not match for now haha (unless someone wants to help me/do it for me hahaha)

well... Happy Valentines Day people... hope no ones sucks too bad! HAHA mine hasnt been too horrible... jen made the class cookies this morning (just like grade school hehe) and the hospital trip wasnt bad either, even though I went through 3 patients! haha (1st lady was in ICU and sleeping, 2nd I only got 1/2 done with and she had phone calls and didnt want to talk to me anymore lol, so I finished up with Crystal and her patient).

After class I went to the mall with Michele (Pharm was cancelled yaay, so we had time) - she had to get her bf a present and I got myself one! haha I bought a Beta!! yaaay hehe Julie has one and I love it, so i got one too. (hers is red/purpleish, mine is blue/green with some purple and redish on it... very pretty!) Michele named him Alpha (haha get it?! LOL) so thats his nickname... his officical name is something I'm sure you all can guess :O) hahaha

So now I have the place to myself... woohooo Alyson went to the Kenny Chesney concert (lol yeah, i think his tractor's sexy :OP LOL) and Julie and JT went to dinner. JT is a little mad (and I dont blame him)... Julie didnt get her flowers!! so that kinda sucks.

Current mood: I love my fishy :O) haha

oh, I forgot to mention yesterday that my roommate Ally is good luck for the sabres!!! lol everytime I'm listening to a game and she comes in for something, the sabres score... I swear, it has happened multiple times... it's getting kinda freaky. Last night we were down 2-1 and Ally was in the living room, so I called her over as a joke. We were talking about her job applications and all her interviews and stuff and what do you know... Taylor Pyatt scored and tied the game!! LMAO It's just a little too weird. Too bad she had to go to work and couldnt stay for OT :O)

Anyway - today was my short day yaaaay but I have to go shopping for APB stuff with Jen soon. fun fun I like spending other people's money!! Besides that, It'll be a boring day.... yaaay, no tests to study for! haha (i know, I should get started on the next ones, but riiiiight... I need a break lol)

current mood: blah... but no headache atm... I took one of the bulbs out of my light so its not as bright, it seems to help some...
