well... the season is over for the Sabres... :O( a bittersweet ending with a 3-0 win over Montreal (who took the final playoff spot... lol) At least they didnt just say to hell with it, theres no point... they played well and finished strong. (Too bad they didnt win last night at home... oh well).
So now, I'll only pay attention to hockey, not be obsessed - how sad... I may have to actually just study for exams... LOL

1. What is your favorite restaurant and why? Dennys, for the obvious reasons lol but really I dont know, most places have some sort of chicken sandwich thing or fingers, so I'm good LOL (except Olive Garden... I had garlic chicken con broccoli haha)
2. What fast food restaurant are you partial to? Nathan and I had a thing where we went to Wendy's every Saturday! haha
3. What are your standards and rules for tipping? double the tax. add more if they were good. or directly tip the bus boy LOL (yup)
4. Do you usually order an appetizer and/or dessert? not really, I cant usually eat the whole main course.
5. What do you usually order to drink at a restaurant? water or brown pop, sometimes lemonaid. at Fridays, the ultimate blue drink LOL i dont remember what it was called, but it was good! and now I have the Fish swizzlers too :O) haha

well... hell week is over!! Thursday wasnt too bad, even for a thursday... We got the MLS test back - I passed!! haha a C is ok with me lately, I just dont care anymore, as long as I pass... (how sad)
We worked together on our patients again, so that just makes it better, I think anyway. 2 heads are better and all that.
Thursday night I studied (of course). I met Jen at Eat n Park around 11 and we were there until 1:30... It's actually not a bad place to study, we got a lot done. (plus, we had pie before we left hahaha) Unfortunately, when I got back, there was no place to park here grrrrr so I had to park like a block away, but at that time of the day I was not happy! Erie is too creepy for that.
Anyway - I got up early (for me) and studied more before the test. It wasnt too bad. I left feeling like I did ok anyway. :O) haha
Fri afternoon I had to go to Westfield to start researching. We only got through 188 charts (not a whole file drawer) out of 6-7 drawers in 3 hours. Oh well, it will go a lot faster after we get the hang of things more. It's kinda boring tho (as most research is hehe).
Then we went out for Cory's birthday - we went to Olive Garden, and I cant complain, since it was her birthday hehe We were going to go out later too, but by 10, she called and we all agreed we were pretty tired (i was falling asleep before she called lol) So basically I was in bed by 11:30! woo hooo great friday night! I was so exhausted after getting practically no sleep all week... oh well... I like sleep, and its cheeper than going out!! :O) hehe
So today I'm doing nothing, nothing important anyway. Im actually watching Scooby Doo right now! ZOINKS! haha

awwww, that just made me feel better! I turned on the TV and U2 is there! hehe The video for "Walk On" was just starting :O) Definately made me feel better after that test this morning. It was pretty bad. They ask the worst questions... I understand WHAT mitral stenosis, or aortic regurgitation are, I just couldnt tell you if their friggin murmur is low pitched, blowing and mid systolic or low pitched, blowing and mid diastolic (ok I made the second one up, cuz i cant even remember what they really sound like and they are that close! lol) Like I would be able to hear them on an actual exam anyway! I would just be like, umm, there is a murmur, we are going to do more tests to figure it out... which was the next question! What test would you run on that low pitched blowing mid systolic murmur?? UUGH (actually, that was ok since you pretty much do the same tests) But that wasnt even the only hard topic on there! I dont think thats fair! Only 1 hard part per test please! LOL We also had to do Hormone disorders... i dont get that at all.. BLAH we'll see if I passed or not tho... i guess there is hope, since I knew stuff about the damn prostate, and eye disorders, and I read about parkinsons, W-K syndrome and osteoporosis... so I wasnt completely hopeless, just mostly...
So now I just have 1 left for the week on Friday... woo hooo... but I have to get thru thursday 1st! haha
Current mood: ok right now, kinda blah...

ok, 1 done, 2 more to go... is this week almost over?? ahhhhh
I was in a small room studying all afternoon for the Pharm test... and I guess it worked! I was done really fast and Michele told me later that when she finished she saw my test (cuz he had just finished grading it) and I only missed 2 questions (prolly the 2 I didnt know haha) so yaaaay!
So, you'd think that would motivate me to study for my Medical Lecture test tomorrow... haha I'm kinda drained right now, so thank god I already made flashcards and have been trying to study since Saturday... I still dont feel close to being ready tho. I have some reading to do, and all 7 topics to go over again... blah
Anyway - GO OTTAWA!! haha I like my tiny, microscopic thread of hope!
Current mood: blah headache need to study tho...
Todays topic: Infectious disease diagnosis... and a video from the CDC on Anthrax lol (it was pretty funny)

ok then... weekend update.... I did NOTHING :OP oh well... I tried to study and got my write up done... I cleaned and did the dishes too... very exciting lol I watched a few movies and slept a lot too! lol I'm such a slug lately...
So anyway - Sabres won 5-3 over Tampa woo hooo.. too bad Montreal is winning too, over Ottawa... damnit
I "multitasked" at 8 too.. watched Fear and listened to the game at the same time lol good show.
Anyway, I guess I should study some more (since I have 3 tests this week :OP) and we lost an hour today (:OP again).
