yeah - nothing major to "report" on this week... I got my new camera, but cant install the crappy software right! grrrr I took "band photos" for my brother with it, but cant do anything yet... oh well... Eric, Amanda & I went to Hard Rock one night to visit Sara & Nate :O) Of course, Manda & I squealed the whole night about "The Weekend", so Eric was quite bored (and prolly pissed too, ooops!!) Then I checked Mrs. E's BP and stuff... but of course Sara had to work, so I was home again soon haha Thats about it!
Well... Amanda had to go remind me that it's been 1 week since we met the boys... oh well... Eventually I'll stop thinking about him so much... maybe!! haha (hey, it's all I have going for me at the moment!! haha)

Yeah... ok, maybe I can finally type this weekend's events up... hehe
So, Friday morning I went down to Erie to meet with Jen & my Professor Cathy to talk about our research project. Lucky me, I get to write up the #'s.. haha (actually, I like that better than the "research paper" part of it... lol yeah, doenst make any sense, I know)
and now for the main event... Friday night... (LOL)
Eric called and said Amanda and her friends were coming up separately, so he was picking me up. So off we go, parked and walked over the bridge, changed $, did all that stuff, got to Rumors, got drinks and became wall-flowers while waiting for Amanda's crew. hehe We saw Eric's friend Rachel and her friend (Jenny, I think... sorry!! haha) so we talked to them while waiting. Finally, everyone got there and us girls went to dance (even if it is bad music, its a club, cant expect too much haha) We were just having fun for awhile, dancing, getting drunk (well, I was anyway haha) At one point, I went to try and get Eric to come down with us and to get my drink from him. As I walked off the dance floor, I kinda ran into someone (not really, just crossed paths haha) and then saw this cute guy, smiled, and thought, "cool, there are hot guys here". (*This is pretty cool, 'cuz the cute guy was Chip, as I found out on Saturday!! hehe*) So anyway, Eric wouldn’t come back down right then… (stubborn, much ahaha) but there was a guy dancing with the group soon anyway. Casey was dancing with people and he said his friends would come down eventually. Chip was "learning" to dance with Amanda, but the other guys wouldn’t come down yet. Casey got me a drink, and then I tried to get more of his friends to dance, but they said there wasn’t enough of us! haha so a dance mix of "Beautiful Day" came on and so I just walked away since a decent song was finally on… At some point, Casey walked away for something (I dunno what, he didn’t say anything, just disappeared) and then Chip started dancing with me. He was hilarious! So much fun! He was spinning me around and stuff (so of course I almost fell, the floor was slippery!! hehe) Casey came back, but left again… whatever, at that point, I was just happy cuz I was dancing with someone, and Chip was really cute! haha So after a few more drinks (thanks to Chip) it was getting late and he kept trying to get me to come back the next night. Of course, I didn’t have any plans or anything, but I also had no one to come back with! So he came up with the brilliant idea to meet on the bridge (cuz I didn’t know where the hotel was, and I wasn’t about to meet him there anyway! and the Casino is too hard to meet someone at) So we "pinky-swore" to meet and all that, and then it was 2, so they were kicking us out… We kinda got lost in the crowd, but after I stumbled down the stairs outside, I saw him again standing with his friends and Amanda, Erin & Sue… well, he did the loser "L" on the forehead thing (which we had been doing earlier, but I forgot! haha) so I was confused and kinda pissed, since we had just talked about meeting and stuff… Anyway - Eric apparently took it wrong too, and stepped in, so that looked a little crazy for a bit. So we left, made it home, and I passed out! What a night!
So Saturday, I tried to sleep most of it off, and just laid around the house all day. I decided I'd go to the bridge, just to prove that guys are jerks and all that. I did "pinky-swear", so I thought I should go and whatever happened, happened… I was really thinking that I'd be there waiting like an idiot, so no big deal, I was fine with that…. So I told mom I'd be home in like an hour or so and I went. We were supposed to meet at 9, and I was a few minutes early so I stood there looking at the view and laughing at tourist conversations ("I think that’s the American Falls." etc…) I was getting tired of standing at the same spot, and I kept moving down, so I was near the end by 9:15. I was gonna give up soon, when I looked over toward the "entrance" (I guess) and saw a guy who looked like it could be him. I was thinking "no way", so I just stared at the falls until the person walked by. Well, he didn’t walk by... he stopped! It was him!! AHHHH I was totally shocked. We kinda just stood there for a while, not believing we both showed up! haha We just talked there for a while and then decided to go back to the hotel. He mentioned that Amanda, Erin & Sue were back too... they had left a note under their room door! haha So we hung out there for a while. Mark (the one Amanda had been dancing with the night before) was already passed out on a bed at 10:30, so the piled stuff on him and Amanda & I jumped on the bed hehe (He wasn’t too happy lol) Then we went out to the truck to get some cards, and when we came back, (almost) everyone was just leaving to go back to Rumours. We didn’t feel like going there again, so we walked toward the Casino... but ended up just sitting outside. It was really nice, just hanging out. Manda & Mark joined us after a while and we ended up at BK, where the rest of the gang appeared! We hung out in the room for a bit more, before saying good-bye….
So basically, my weekend was amazing!! Nothing can compare right now…. The fact that we met on the bridge is so "movie-like", its almost funny. He wasn’t a jerk, a creep, or anything weird. Actually, the whole group was pretty cool. Too bad they live in Ohio!! As Amanda said, Why do I care about someone I only knew for such a short amount of time? :OP Oh well… I have some great memories anyway… my boring little life was not very boring for 1 weekend. haha One of my favorite Sara quotes… "a good girl and a bad boy… that could be fun!" hehe
Well, I had to write out most of the story for posterity (or something lol) so there you have it… Of course, if you know me, you will probably hear about it a lot more, for a long time… hehe ;O)

umm.. yeah... I need to post big time... I know... I just cant sit here and do it right now.... lets just say this weekend turned out to be amazing and I finally have a "good story" to tell... I love the Rainbow Bridge.... :O)
