oh yeah... Merry Christmas, Happy New Year & and all that... hehe sorry I havent beeen online much!
Anyway - my little break has been nice... Christmas was nice, got an aquarium for my "big present" and some other things from santa... my sister made me a book of Sabres pictures... she has been collecting them for over a year! (there arent a lot of pics in the paper when they play bad tho... LOL) The grandparents came over and we had a nice dinner... Holidays are so much more enjoyable when you like the people you are spending them with! haha
I went out with Danielle and Kelley for New Years... we made the trek downtown early, but it was pretty dead. we went to darcy mcgee's and then mcmonkees to dance and whatever. Their idea of a "champagne toast" was some chicks pouring it in your mouth while standing on the bar.... dumb I thought, but no big deal. So we danced a while longer and actually danced with some guys. If you ever see a guy on Elimidate from the area, it might be the guy I danced with... LOL (his friend was asking us advice for the show for him when we met them earlier hahaha) Danielle met a cute fighter pilot... he seemed pretty nice too... whatever, it was fun anyway!
Friday night Danielle's Mom wanted to see "that 80's hair band" so I went with them... They are so cheesey, but its fun to dance to anyway! We got there pretty early tho, since we didnt realize there was 2 other bands playing 1st... so we saw agent me and ace in the hole... the only funny part was they had guys dressed up in "scary" costumes just walking around the bar (danielle's mom was freaking, but they were just funny) so finally, after quite a few drinks (the "shot girl" kept coming around! haha) we were dancing around when the band came on... I "met" the one guitar player (he shook my hand and said "hi, I'm brad" LOL) and the singer tried to auction off Danielle... "shes like 95 pounds and drinking a beer!" haha it was a good time all around... definately a different kind of crowd...
So now I am still homeless... agghhhhh!!!! I'm waiting for my friend to call me back about taking her place in her apt. for this rotation (since she is at home for this one) or I'll end up in a hotel... wonderful! :OP I cannot believe that gannon does not have a room for me at all... this is all shit...
So thats all... Surgery starts tomorrow... but I dont know anything else... we shall see....
