Well, yesterday was interesting. It seems I lost my wallet the other day... I dont recall when or where, but I couldnt find it before work on wednesday. The police called my mom and told her some guy found it (they called her, since that was the address on my drivers license, etc.) She called the guy, but since he lived in Youngstown, she didnt get it for me (haha) So yesterday I called him back, and he gave me directions and stuff... so Sara and Eric were nice enough to accompany me out there (just in case haha). Anyway - I guess there really are some nice people left in the world... I have my wallet back, completely intact.
The light fixture in the bathroom just decided to not turn on anymore... i changed the bulbs, still nothing. So i called the landlord and he fixed the switch. Now we have a "real" switch, not the crappy dimmer... I had the hardest time remembering to push it in all the time.. lol Of course, that means no more romantic lighting either... HAHA i think I'll live (candles would still work, so I'm not worried... LOL)
After work, Tony called and I went with him and Sara to Casino Niagara. Good times... lots of fun watching them play Pai Gow, I was even starting to catch on. Sara had great hands at the beginning, but Tony wasnt quite as lucky... oh well... Then we got food and ended up back at the apt for awhile. I got to really learn Pai Gow then... good to know, just in case.... hehehe Its a fun game tho. I like it. Tony also explained different pokers, and baccarat... whichI got, but wouldnt say I know how to play... haha Fun though... I finally wussed out around 4:30 - I cant keep up with them!! haha
Today I ran some errands and stuff... not I just need to get ready to go out for Danielle's brother's GF's birthday... haha fun fun

Well... got the car back. oh...my...god... He did an amazing job!! It is soooo smoooth... wow. Incredible. It's better than new hahaha So yeah... thats taken care of anyway. Now I need to get it inspected by tomorrow... riiiight - guess its gonna be late!
So... lost my job cuz I missed 3 days... damn. But, she did find me another one right away. I have to go downtown starting Monday. Another adventure... haha
and yay - I odnt have to walk to BBW tonight... lol

uugggggh... my car is sooooo bad. Poor guy didnt even know what to say when he saw it!! LOL He said he was amazed I've been driving it. He hasnt seen anything that bad in a looong time... WONDERFUL!! Just what I need!! Guess I wont be going on vacation afterall....
So yeah - basically, I'm getting all new rotors, calipers, pads.... whatever. Its all greek to me... But apparently, my right rotor was pretty much non-existant. AHHH Thank-god Amy is friends with this guy, so I'm not getting totally screwed over.
So if anyone wants to come over and visit me, I'll be home.... I'm stranded here until Wed. or Thurs... :OP

well... not at work today, since I pretty much slid out of the driveway... blah.
My car has been sounding weird for a while, so I wanted my sister to talk to her b/f for me (he's a mechanic) and she finally did... I'm supposed to get in tonight... He called this morning and everything. Then I tried to leave for work... BLAH So i miss out on a day's pay, and still have to try to not kill myself to get to the shop later. How friggin ironic - thank god my car waited 'til I actually knew I could get it looked at to do this to me... :OP
Last night Amy came over for a bit, but Kristin called, so Amy left cuz I was on the phone... lol Yeah - Kristin called!! haha I hadn't talked to her in like a year! We've been emailing, so it was cool to talk to her. I really, really wanna go with her on her trip to Atlanta - it's gonna be so cheap!! I just have a problem getting there... She's leaving on a busy weekend for me at BBW (but hopefully I can still get out of it :O) lol) and then I'd have to meet her somewhere to drive down... blah But I found a decently priced plane ticket, but I'd have to be in a hotel for 1 night, since the flight requires a Saturday stay (??) (of course, I did find a not too bad hotel room, with an airport shuttle) So yeah - thinking thats the way to go... then I dont have to be down there the whole week, which makes me feel better, since its sooo close to school (which I still dont know about!!! ahhhh) So yeah - anyone want to come with me? There's room at the condo!!!
About school tho - I signed up to take the GRE next saturday... great. I hate tests... I havent done math in like 7 years!!! gonna be wonderful. And i have to write that damn "letter of intent" this week too.... :OP All I have to say is... i better get in hahaah
