After all the back and forth, I did finally get my spanish class at NCCC - but its not at n-trip... its at some learning center downtown NF. Good thing I asked the lady at information before I left - or i would have went out there next wednesday & missed the class!

So todays classes went alright. I have too much writing to do!! aarrrggghhhhhh yuck yuck yuck So, for my "weekend off" I have to figure all this stuff out, and get it organized. blah at least I do have time off to do it - i dont have to go in to BBW for a while...

Oh - I ran in to 2 people today - 2 Kelly's!! LOL Kelly Kopcho at the bookstore and Kellee Brownell in the lounge. fun fun Too many people to explain why the hell I'm there, tho... haha

Sunny Orange

Your sunny disposition and happy-go-lucky attitude are the kinds of traits everyone loves to have around. Our bet is you're known as the chief supporter in your clan. If there's a bash to throw, you're likely the first one on the horn. If there's a crisis at hand, you can usually be counted on to rally the troops. Easy to talk to and fun to be around, you have a gift for blending perfectly no matter what the situation.

This positive energy extends beyond good times into every other aspect of your life. Whatever your career path or goals, your natural ability to win people over and communicate ideas with enthusiasm are two key secrets to your success. The same glass-half-full attitude that makes you a fab friend will work its magic in the workplace. And in the world of business, those kinds of good vibes are always refreshing.

What Flavor are you??

well, class tonight was alright... best one so far anyway. The prof seems cool anyway. But, just like i was afraid of... I have tons of writing to do :O( I have an autobiography due next week already. Tons of crappy "research" type writing too. I need books, but hate paying at the bookstore :OP
Tomorrow, I have to go back out to NCCC to sign up for my spanish class... i ran around for that stupid class all afternoon. i needed some form that only a few people knew about lol So hopefully, I can still go thru this "free" program... but since i'm a grad student i dunno... (the info doesnt say only undergrad, and I am taking an undergrad class... but I think it is only for that) whatever - just as long as i dont have to pay NU prices haha

ok... enough complaining...

I got some cranberry Smirnoff Twisted V... yumm yuummmm :O)

1st classes are soooo boring.... Last night I had Human Learning Development and Motivation :OP The only thing I learned so far is the professor's life story... lol but we did get out early, so whatever. We are off next Monday, and Columbus Day, and a few more mondays, so who knows what we will actually do (oh no... that means more reading!!)

This morning I had Intro to Educational Research... blah He took over an hour going over the syllabus. I have a bunch of stupid things to write for this one... blah.
Later I have Foundations of Education... we'll see how that goes.

I went to NCCC to find out about a language class. There is this "cross registration" thing, so i might be able to take it for free... yaaay I just need to find the records office at NU now, and then go back to NCCC... annoying, but its alll goood if i dont have to pay :O) haha

Oh, I bought a file cabinet... too bad it doesnt have handles or the hanging file brackets its supposed to!! grrrr i hate taking things back. I had my files all ready too...

worked today... it was totally dead. I figured it would be, but the manager thought it would be busy with the concert and stuff... riiiiight, like people at the show want to go shopping for expensive lotions, etc... hahaah So yeah - a long, very boring shift for me. but because it wasnt busy, she gave me tomorrow (today... whatever) off :O)

After I got out, i figured i'd see what was going on at the concert and ended up going in. I had seen Erics car, so I found them pretty quickly. The whole "rock the border" thing was a bust it seems.... there really werent a lot of people all day, and we were up front for the show. I came in and caught the end of Klear and then Theory of a Deadman. They were great, just like last time i saw them :O) Only thing I have to complain about is stupid security... they didnt do anything except stand in the way! They let people do whatever they wanted, like steal things off the stage before the show (after is one thing, but stuff the band might need... lol) and then the one chick stole my pick from me! *it was on the ground, but she picked it up even though I had my finger on it first! way to watch the crowd.... Oh, and the one security guy was drunk, and kept knocking in to me... Eric switched with me, and ended up saying something... whatever. It was still a good show. Then Eric and Tiff came over to the apt for a bit before we headed over to Denny's... as usual....

Tomorow I'll probably get some stuff together for school... lol classes start Monday (not 'til 4 so i have almost another whole day... haha) Oh...and I better figure out what i'm gonna do for my language credits.... :OP
